The LBESST Programme is a multifaceted platform that teaches and supports hands-on technical & vocational skills; hones out artistic creativity; taps into the enduring power of sports; nurtures successful local social enterprises; empowers community leaders and foster a culture of entrepreneurship whilst enhancing financial literacy among participating beneficiaries. LBESST seeks to drive positive economic and social change within the Obontser community by leveraging the gifts, talents, needs and aspirations of the community members to engage with local & state institutions, NGOs and other relevant stakeholders to access resources and tap into their networks for productive ventures to be established within the community and beyond.
