LEADERSHIP TRAINING

EOCDF seeks to constantly expose especially the young people of Obontserman to key leadership concepts to enhance their personalities, effectively sharpen their natural gifts and talents and ultimately guide them to live impactful lives for themselves and generations unborn.  The leadership training under the LBESST programme therefore aims to develop and empower the people of Obontser to effectively make strategic decisions and drive positive outcomes for their individual lives and the community through personal vision and team efforts.

With a well-structured and easily relatable contents, beneficiaries of this leadership training programme would be equipped with the knowledge, skills and general frame of mind needed to lead effectively for themselves and to become agents of change even beyond the Obontser Community.
