Professional training for profit-making artisanal and other technical works such as masonry, carpentry, glazing, metal & wood works, electricals, catering, dressmaking, décor, hairdressing, handmade jewellery, leatherworks, heavy duty driving, etc, that highlight individual creativity, skill and cultural heritage shall be fully supported as means to fight poverty and improve livelihoods in our community.
