The PTESP seeks to provide comprehensive support to basic pupils and high school students and teachers within the Obontser community to ensure access to quality education and improve educational outcomes.  The components of the PTESP includes but not limited to teaching and academic support, teacher training and professional development support, infrastructure improvement, ICT integration, community engagement and parental involvement, and career guidance and counselling. Thus, implementing a well-structured PTESP will significantly contribute to the sustainable development of a strong educational foundation within the community and equip students with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their academic, professional pursuits and community engagements.
