EOCDF is keenly focus on building partnerships with other private and public actors to help bridge the current huge infrastructure gap of Obontserman. The goal of this infrastructure development for the Obontser community as part of EOCDF 10-year investment plan is to create a functional, sustainable, efficient, and liveable environment that meets the needs of the present and future generations within the community. 

The development shall involve the planning, design, construction, and maintenance of essential physical and organizational structures that support the functioning and well-being of our community's residents and visitors, whilst fostering economic growth and social progress for Obontserman.

This infrastructure consists of transportation networks (roads, bridges, public transit/station), utilities (water supply, sanitation, electricity), private residential & public buildings (social housing programme, schools, hospital, market, offices), recreational spaces (parks, sports facilities, community centre), and communication systems (internet, telecommunication networks), among other facilities under consideration.
